No. BRR uses single transactions — no auto-renew, no surprise charges. When your period ends, simply pay again if you want to continue.
What happens to my listings when Pro expires?
Listings beyond the free cap (5) are automatically hidden — not deleted. Renew anytime to restore them instantly.
How do I pay?
We accept QRPh, GCash, and major credit/debit cards via PayMongo. All payments are processed securely.
Can I get verified on the free plan?
Yes. Verified Owner and Licensed Broker badges are available on both plans. Verification is a one-time manual review with no extra cost.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
None. Pay monthly or annually, stop anytime. Your listings remain in your account even after downgrading.
